Isaac had his opening baseball game last night. It was a lot of fun to see him have the time of his life. They all looked so cute in their little uniforms, even though Isaac's is so massive on him. His pants and belt are the smallest size available, but they are still so big that he cannot keep is shirt tucked in or hold his pants up. He spent a large part of the game pulling them up! We loved watching him chest bumping in the dugout, or as he and his friends call it "bellyflopping". They are using a pitching machine this year, a huge step up from Tee ball, but he did great and did get a hit. He was so pleased with himself. They didn't win the game, but Isaac still thinks it is totally "sweet" that they get to keep score.
(This is a new phenomenon for this six year old, but being the competitive one that he is-HE LOVES IT!) Thanks to my friend Jami for the pics!
